Gynaecology/Urogynae
Had an operation which then has caused further health complications and required additional surgeries. I was very bruised and sore after my operation here, but when getting the same operation REVISED I did not experience the same levels of discomfort or bruising. Additionally, I was never met or contacted for a follow up after my surgery here.
Had an amazing procedure done nearly 5 months ago now with mr kotwal, all the staff were lovely, very helpful and really caring especially Jo . Couldn’t fault one bit.
Came here for a gastric sleeve. Staff where brilliant looked after me amazingly and put me at ease and where really attentive Really do recommend this place. Place is very clean and tidy and rooms have ensuit and very spacious.
The nurse Romeo was very helpful and ALL of the staff were great, night and day. Room very clean and welcoming. Made my operation go well and stress free. Thanks so much to everyone, very grateful for the care and support.
Everything went perfectly, I was so scared as never had surgery before but the surgeon put me at ease came to see me after too. The nurse who then took care of me after was the most caring person I've ever come across, wish i got her name so i could thank her, she walked me to the car at end. There was a bit of a wait at start as expected so i suggest you take your phone chargers for the waiting room
Trent Cliffs, WOW!!!. I have nothing but praise for this this hospital. I had a procedure on 4 April 2023 and I felt like I came as a patient but left as a friend. My surgeon Dr Mahawar was highly skilled and put me completely at ease. The nursing team could'nt do enough for me, kind, reassuring and caring. If anybody askes me to recommend a private hospital I would say Trent Cliffs everytime. Thank you Trent CliffsYOU ARE ALL ANGELS!!!!
I would like to say a big thank you to my surgeon (Frank) and anesthetist Alex plus Tony. Nurse,s Kath, Danielle, vicky. All were so lovely and caring after my stay for a hysterectomy.100% care.
I took my child to have a procedure done under anaesthetic. My little boy is only 4 so you can imagine how scared and anxious he was about the whole situation. The building is immaculate, and the room we were staying in was pristine. I cannot thank all the staff there that looked after my son and made him feel as reassured and comfortable as possible enough.They delivered excellent patient centred care with such outstanding care and compassion. I would highly recommend this clinic.
I came to Cliffs Trent Clinic to have a gallbladder removal surgery. I was very nervous and frightened of being put to sleep but the nurses kindly reassured me and told me not to worry.Once the surgery was over, I woke up in the recovery room with two nurses looking after me. Unfortunately I cannot remember their names but they were absolutely amazing. They never left me alone. They were truly angels in disguise. The overall care given by the doctors and nurses is phenomenal. The admin team were brilliant too. If your thinking about booking at Trents Cliff, do it....the service and care is fantastic.
